Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction industry experience, including 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience in civic/municipal market sector projects required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM/CM services for modernization and capital projects.
• Act as Construction Manager with client-facing duties.
• Coordinate with various city departments for project support.
