Linda Werner & Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Public Policy Manager IV to guide global content regulation strategy for a rapidly evolving social media platform.

The role intersects policy, technology, product development, and regulatory compliance to translate complex rules into practical, compliant product solutions. The candidate will work with product, engineering, legal, policy, and risk teams to foster regulatory readiness, address safety and integrity risks, and lead policy guidance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Human Rights or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of public policy, legislative analysis or regulatory experience.
• Experience navigating U.S. and global policy issues on internet technologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy, online safety, content regulation, and freedom of expression.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance and complex initiatives.
• Exceptional written communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze U.S. and international legislative developments affecting digital platforms and freedom of expression.
• Develop strategic policy recommendations for regulatory readiness and product development.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, and risk teams to identify policy gaps and mitigation strategies.
• Provide policy guidance for emerging product features and launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track progress against regulatory objectives.
• Build consensus across stakeholders through clear communication and negotiation.
• Anticipate regulatory challenges and drive independent solutions.
