Job summary

Wichita State University’s Public Policy and Management Center seeks a Program Manager to lead senior client engagements and deliver consulting services that improve public service. You will guide strategic planning, community engagement, organizational development, and program delivery across government and nonprofit partners.

Qualifications

60 hours of college coursework in social science, applied science, or natural science.
Four (4) years of experience in applicable program management or related field.
Knowledge of government, nonprofit processes and public service.

Responsibilities

Client Management & Strategic Consulting: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements.
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate planning, timelines, and reporting.
Facilitation & Community Engagement: Design meetings and community engagement activities.
Business Development & Organizational Growth: Identify opportunities for new business and client growth.
Organizational Leadership: Demonstrate leadership across projects and organizational initiatives.
