Dexian seeks an experienced Public Policy Manager to support strategic policy initiatives around digital platforms, internet technologies, and global content regulation. The role focuses on analyzing legislative developments, assessing impact on digital products, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk teams to develop practical compliance strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, Human Rights, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in public policy, legislative analysis, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong understanding of US legislation, government policy, and global regulatory developments.
• Experience in internet technology policy, digital platforms, content regulation, data privacy, or online safety.
• Proven experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze US and global legislative developments and assess their impact on digital platforms and business operations.
• Develop strategic policy recommendations addressing content regulation, online safety, data privacy, and freedom of expression.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk teams to identify regulatory gaps and develop scalable solutions.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable internal guidance.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder alignment, and regulatory readiness.
• Identify emerging policy risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and eliminate critical issues when necessary.
• Manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
