Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking a Public Policy Manager (US-based) to support global content regulation strategy. The role integrates legislative analysis, advocacy support, and cross-functional program management with partners across legal, policy, product, engineering, regulatory readiness, and operations.

Ideal candidates bring seven to ten years of policy experience, strong written communication, and the ability to foster consensus across complex workstreams while translating regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Human Rights, or related discipline.
• Seven to ten years in public policy or public institutions (regulatory authorities, legislature, think tanks, NGOs, advocacy).
• Expertise in internet technologies, data privacy, security, user safety and content regulation.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy skills.
• Experience directing cross-functional projects across domestic or international jurisdictions.
• Discretion and judgment handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment on global content regulation strategy and policy to achieve favorable regulatory outcomes.
• Formulate strategic responses to regulatory developments affecting the enterprise, including legislative analysis, readiness, and advocacy planning.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and regulatory readiness teams to identify compliance gaps and co-design scalable solutions.
• Engage internal stakeholders across policy, legal, and integrity teams to build consensus on compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align workstreams, manage priorities, and track regulatory objectives.
