Job summary

Moneta Group Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a Senior Investment Research Analyst to oversee public markets manager research efforts across multiple asset classes, delivering high-conviction ratings and strategic guidance for client portfolios.

You will support the Director of Public Manager Research, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure research outputs align with Moneta’s investment philosophy and client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related concentration required.
• MBA, CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Director of Public Manager Research to execute strategic manager research plans.
• Communicate progress and insights on public investments to the firm and advisor teams.
• Mentor research analysts and guide team toward client-focused goals.
• Support partners with analysis and responses to client questions.
• Identify and monitor best-fit public markets manager coverage aligned with Moneta’s philosophy.
• Help develop scalable research workflows and enhance advisor support.
