Job summary

Voya Investment Management is seeking a Manager Research Analyst to join the Manager Research and Selection Team. The role focuses on evaluating public markets investment managers, performing manager due diligence, and communicating findings to the MASS team for portfolio construction and oversight.

The analyst will work with tools like Aladdin, eVestment, Morningstar, and FactSet, and engage with senior stakeholders to shape investment proposals and board reporting. A CFA pursuit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in public markets manager research and due diligence.
• Ability to form independent investment views and communicate recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance, style, factor, and risk characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on external/internal managers.
• Prepare actionable investment recommendations for MASS team and stakeholders.
• Develop board reports and monitoring metrics for fund oversight.
