Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for public infrastructure in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose, CA.

The role focuses on on-site leadership, project coordination, and financial performance across multiple large projects. The position requires 8+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing Commercial or Industrial Projects.
• Experience with union workforces.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Project; familiarity with Accubid Classic.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial health of projects, including forecasting, cost-to-complete, margin management and change orders.
• Lead multiple complex projects or flagship projects, ensuring safety and contractual compliance.
• Develop execution plans, work‑breakdown structures and schedules for complex projects.
• Oversee procurement strategies, staffing plans and logistics to coordinate project phases.
