Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting public finance or municipal bond transactions.
• Experience with Pennsylvania Local Government Unit Debt Act filings is a plus.
• Familiarity with debt statements and related transaction filings.

• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents related to public finance.
• Prepare drafts of bond resolutions and closing documents.
• Conduct legal research related to public finance and municipal law.
