Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7+ years of paralegal experience, with 2+ years in Public Finance and/or affordable housing.
• Outstanding case management and organizational skills with deadline discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, research, proofreading and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit lengthy and highly complex documents for public finance transactions and notices.
• Prepare initial drafts of bond documents and coordinate delivery and signatures.
• Prepare, file and coordinate with the Texas Bond Review Board and the Texas Attorney General.
• Review milestones and calendar deadlines for transactions.
• Monitor and update closing checklists and document progression.
