Responsibilities

• Reviews and underwrites new and renewal business; negotiates terms to ensure profitability.
• Builds and sustains relationships with Agents and Brokers to market products and grow pipeline.
• Manages a complex portfolio, analyzes performance, and pursues growth opportunities.
• Documents underwriting decisions with clear rationale and compliance.
• Provides coaching to underwriters and analysts; supports talent development.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
