Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at all criminal stages including bail, motions, trial, and post-trial hearings.
• Ensure clients are heard and respected throughout proceedings.
• Conduct legal research on laws, procedures, and precedents for trial readiness.
• Draft reports, memoranda, briefs, motions, and client communications.
• Advise clients on changes in law and court decisions; communicate with team and stakeholders.
