Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of specialized areas, including kitchen, spa, and casino floor.
• General floor care: strip, wax, sweep, mop, vacuum, and carpet cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize cook’s line in all food outlets and storage/shipping areas.
• Operate preventive maintenance of heavy cleaning equipment (street sweeper, power wash, lifts, pallet jacks).
• Identify unsafe conditions or equipment needing attention and restocking of materials.
