Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their Public Agency practice in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have six or more years of experience managing complex litigation matters for public entities, with responsibilities including appearing in court and collaborating with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with public agencies or governmental entities preferred.
• Experience with land use and/or CEQA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Litigate matters for public agencies, including cities and special districts.
• Manage cases through all litigation phases, including pleadings and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue dispositive and procedural motions.
• Appear in court and before administrative bodies.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and alternative dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups while managing matters independently.
