• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.
• 7+ years of litigation experience focused on public agencies and school districts.
• Proven trial experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Represent public entities in state and federal court, including administrative hearings.
• Provide legal advice on public agency and education law matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents.
