Lozano Smith, California's leading public agency law firm, seeks a dedicated Litigation Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in labor and employment and a passion for public entities and schools.

You will handle all stages of litigation for public agency clients across California, from discovery to trial, while collaborating with experienced attorneys.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for advocating for educational institutions and public agencies.

Responsabilités

• Handle all stages of litigation, from case assessment to trial preparation.
• Represent public agency clients in state and federal courts.
• Manage a diverse caseload independently while collaborating with other attorneys.
• Participate in strategic planning, risk management, and client communication.
