Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PTC Windchill Developer to design, develop, and support Windchill customizations and integrations. The role requires strong hands-on Windchill Java development and knowledge of data models, workflows, and integration patterns.

The ideal candidate will partner with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into durable Windchill solutions and will mentor junior engineers while maintaining production-grade quality and thorough

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of PTC Windchill development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with the Windchill Java API.
Hands-on experience with JSP/HTML client customization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements on the Windchill PLM platform.
Collaborate with PLM consultants and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into Windchill solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code/design reviews to raise overall quality.
Ensure production-readiness with strong documentation and robust troubleshooting.
