Job summary

Arrow Security & Training LLC is seeking a Senior J39 PSYOP Planner at MacDill AFB to serve as a PSYOP subject matter expert, advising commanders and developing influence operations plans. The role may require CONUS/OCONUS travel and an active TS/SCI clearance.

The incumbent will plan, assess and synchronize PSYOP activities with joint and interagency stakeholders, producing detailed CONOPs, briefs, and planning documents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of joint doctrine and joint planning concepts, including JOPP and APEX.
• Ability to apply operational art and operational design in the application of JOPP.
• Knowledge of joint military operations, including C2 processes and MDMP.
• Ability to translate technical content and TTPs in COAs, OPLANs, and CONPLANs into high-level briefs, papers.

Responsibilities

• Serves as senior PSYOP planner for influence operations and objectives.
• Advises commanders on psychological effects of military actions.
• Plans operations influencing target audience attitudes and behaviors.
• Assesses influence efforts using performance and intelligence measures.
• Integrates PSYOP with information forces and command elements for synchronization.
• Develops CONOPs, briefings, recommendations, and planning documents.
• Maintains PSYOP knowledge database of activities, assessments, and lessons learned.
