Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a PSYOP Planner to support Department of Defense missions. You will embed with Theater Special Operations Commands, provide SME guidance on Military Information Support Operations and PSYOP planning, and help translate customer requirements into effective plans and performance measures.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 3–5 years PSYOP/IO experience, and strong written and verbal communication. Travel up to 10% locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 3–5 years of PSYOP/IO experience working at a TSOC, CCMD, or JTF.
• Graduate of the US Army PSYOP Qualification Course.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Theater Special Operations Commands at all echelons to advise on leveraging Military Information Support Operations and PSYOP forces.
• Apply expertise in MISO, Information Operations, MILDEC, EW, and Cyberspace Operations to support planning and execution.
• Conduct comprehensive mission analysis and provide recommendations to address threats and achieve desired effects.
• Develop and track measures of performance (MOPs) and measures of effectiveness (MOEs) for PSYOP campaigns.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to integrate concept development into execution while considering cultural and security factors.
