SKS Consulting Group seeks a doctoral-level psychologist or quantitative scientist to lead assessment science initiatives. You will advance psychometrics, scale development, and validation while building scalable data products and automated reports for clients.

You’ll translate complex analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences, collaborate with internal consultants, account managers, and technology partners, and uphold rigorous documentation and ethical data practices.

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field focused on psychometrics or data science.
• Experience with classical test theory and item response theory for scale validation.
• Applied statistics to real-world business questions.
• Proficiency in R or Python.
• Strong SQL skills and data cleaning/quality checks.
• Ability to tell clear stories from data visualization.
• Comfort working with stakeholders with varied priorities.
