Qualifications

• 12 months of experience as a licensed psychologist.
• One course in employee training & development or 3 months of experience supervising psychology students, assistants, or psychologists.
• Official transcripts required for all post-secondary education listed on the application.

Responsibilities

• Research activities to develop policies for delivery of psychological services.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of psychology services to meet hospital standards.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed timely and accurately including treatment goals, assessments, and progress notes.
• Consult with administration and staff on psychological matters; assign work and review performance.
• Ensure treatment programming and interventions are implemented as scheduled; recruit, interview and hire staff.
• Formulate and implement education programs for psychology and hospital staff; attend meetings, conferences, and workshops.
