Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Texas required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health/mental status on admission and during care.
• Provide direct nursing care and document outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure 24-hour continuity of care in collaboration with leadership.
• Participate in disaster recovery and COOP activities as assigned.
