Responsibilities

• Coach and support unit staff and coordinate interdisciplinary rounds.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the EHR.
• Educate families, support discharge planning, and connect patients with community resources.
