Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Senior PSM Coordinator for the Sand Point Shoreplant. This role oversees the implementation and coordination of PSM, RMP and CAA 608 programs across Alaska shore plants, reporting to the Division Manager of Refrigeration Engineering.

Lead PSM coordinators and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-hazard ammonia refrigeration environment. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of PSM/RMP leadership experience, an A.A.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience leading and coordinating PSM and RMP activities.
• Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent, in a technical topic.

Responsibilities

• Implements PSM programs and ensures regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintains knowledge of PSM, RMP, CAA 608 regulations and updates.
• Supports audits and regulatory inspections of refrigeration systems.
• Coordinates PSM/RMP activities at local and asset levels.
• Promotes a process safety culture and drives program improvements.
• Provides direction to engineering and maintenance for projects/modifications.
• Manages shortages of PSM personnel and coverage across regions.
