Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a PSM/RMP Coordinator to implement and maintain process safety programs at Alaska shore plants. The role requires leading PSM/RMP activities, providing training, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

The successful candidate will coordinate, audit, and improve safety programs, working with corporate risk management, engineering, and maintenance teams to uphold a strong safety culture across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and coordinating PSM and RMP activities.
• Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent, in a technical topic.
• Preferred training in HAZWOP and What-if/Checklist PHAs or willingness to complete such training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate PSM and RMP program activities at the facility and asset level.
• Provide technical and high-level PSM training to employees and contractors.
• Educate personnel on hazard recognition, inspections, and how to address gaps.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance with OSHA and EPA.
