Job summary

You will partner with the lead Project Manager, analyze campaign data, and provide data-driven recommendations during the campaign lifecycle.

You will use Excel and Proxy Plus, monitor costs, track results, and report on performance while coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet service levels and budgets.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in business analysis, client service delivery, campaign management, or related area.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience managing work against schedules, budgets, service commitments, and client expectations.
• Experience with fund or ETF proxy campaigns and Proxy Plus is relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust solicitation strategies using ownership data and campaign results.
• Monitor campaign progress and coordinate solicitation activities with PM and teams.
• Use Excel and Proxy Plus to analyze data, track results, and prepare reporting.
• Participate in client calls to discuss status, risks, and changes in approach.
• Monitor costs and manage solicitation activity against the budget.
• Review service metrics and support colleagues with analysis and recommendations.
