Job summary

Liberty Dental Plan is seeking a Manager, Implementation to lead client onboarding initiatives and oversee an impactful implementation team. You will drive operational excellence across Market Operations, guiding complex projects from kickoff to transition and ensuring best practices across processes.

You will coach staff, manage risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years in implementation/project management or healthcare operations.
  • 2+ years in people management or team leadership.
  • PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, CSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding, implementation projects, and Market Operations initiatives.
  • Coach and develop team members delivering implementation and client service.
  • Directly manage strategic, complex, high-priority projects.
  • Improve tools, templates, documentation, and processes.
  • Ensure consistent execution of methodologies and best practices.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, timelines, risks, and client experience.

Liberty Dental Plan is seeking an experienced Manager, Implementation to lead client onboarding initiatives, oversee a high-performing implementation team, and drive operational excellence across our Market Operations function.About the RoleAs the Manager, Implementation, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful client onboarding, operational readiness, and continuous improvement of implementation processes.
