Qualifications

• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the provider network database for data accuracy.
• Conduct data extraction and reporting for analyses.
• Develop and maintain standards for database integrity and quality assurance.
• Coordinate corrective activities to clean the database and retain users.
• Manage communication with other departments on database improvements.
• Perform audits to improve processes and reduce errors.
