Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Provider Contract Analyst to lead the assessment, negotiation, and management of complex provider reimbursement initiatives across our enterprise. You will shape provider network strategies and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and contracts.

The role requires 5+ years in a related field, with a Bachelor's or advanced degree; or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, negotiate and implement innovative provider network contracts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to allocate resources for initiatives.
• Provide expertise in internal and external discussions to ensure input into initiatives.
• Facilitate next generation provider network opportunities and negotiate into contracts.
• Develop feasibility models and forecast performance impacts.
