Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human development, nursing, or gerontology with 1+ year of experience, or a Bachelor’s in these fields with 2+ years’ experience.
• Valid MA driver’s license and access to a car for daily travel.
• Excellent computer skills; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and manage service delivery to support elderly safety and security.
• Coordinate with community resources and essential services to resolve crises.
• Maintain professional standards and collaborate with the Elder Services team.
