This office-based role in Rochester or Binghamton, NY requires 5 years in electrical engineering and 2 years in P&C, with a BS in EE.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience specifically in P&C, substation engineering, substation testing and commissioning, or similar engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop P&C engineering standards and relay setting templates.
• Conduct engineering analyses and research industry papers for improvements.
• Lead projects and coordinate with engineers, vendors and other departments.
