Job summary

PBS Foundation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Research Analyst to support prospect research, data quality, and CRM stewardship. You will work with the Senior Director and fundraising staff to identify major gifts, analyze wealth indicators, and maintain donor records.

You will lead moves management, produce research documents, and collaborate across teams to drive fundraising efforts while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least five years of experience in development in a nonprofit/educational setting.
• At least five years in prospect development or related major gift fundraising.
• Understanding fundraising practices and donor relationship cycle.
• Ability to identify and prioritize major/principal/institutional and planned giving prospects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work with multiple priorities.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of donor information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and donor CRM systems.
• Experience with research databases and data visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect Identification: plan and execute strategies to identify major gifts and assign to fundraisers.
• Prospect Research: analyze wealth screening results, create profiles, input data into CRM.
• Data Quality and Analysis: update CRM records, audit data quality, run reports.
• Moves Management: manage portfolio, assignments, SOPs, and user support for fundraiser teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
