Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Propulsion Systems Engineer (Mid-Career and Senior) to join the ESG at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. You will define propulsion component requirements, design interfaces, and lead tests throughout refurbishment, integration, and launch phases.

Requirements include a BS in engineering or related field and 5+ years in rocket propulsion; travel up to 10% may be required; U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance is required post-start; relocation is possible for eligible internal

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field including Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Physics or Chemistry.
• 5+ years of related propulsion experience in aerospace.
• Experience with propulsion components, interfaces and design/integration.
• Willing to travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for propulsion system components and interfaces.
• Design propulsion components to meet subsystem criteria.
• Lead or support hazardous operations and test readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with SMEs/IPT and manage supplier data and MRB processes.
