Job summary

Firefly Aerospace is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and maintain quality processes for flight hardware and software products. This role requires strong knowledge in aerospace manufacturing and quality assurance principles, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or design engineering role.
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and materials.

• Develop quality plans for flight products with engineering teams.
• Lead inspections on propulsion components and sub-assemblies.
• Collaborate on non-conformance resolution with cross-functional teams.
