Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience in solid rocket motor design/manufacturing or Parts, Materials & Processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NG and USG customers
• Develop engineering execution plans to meet schedules
• Lead testing plans and coordinate results
• Lead Sentinel Aging and Surveillance program
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for material and process decisions
• Ensure SRM compliance to PM&P and aging requirements
• Review BOMs for Sentinel compliance
• Lead technical reporting and customer presentations
