Job summary

Gulfstream is seeking a CS Sales Specialist Group Lead - Mechanical at GAC Savannah or other Gulfstream locations. This role provides leadership and technical expertise for generating accurate quotations, guiding a team of quoting professionals, and coordinating with global Product Support units to close sales.

The position requires a Bachelor's in business or related field, 8+ years in A/C sales/design/mfg/service, and 5+ years in program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 8 years in A/C sales, design, mfg or service and support; 5 years in program management including supervisory/complex programs/technical experience.
• Position Purpose: Provide leadership and technical knowledge to the product support sales team by managing quotations for Gulfstream aircraft using standard products and tools.
• Support direct reports and work with worldwide Product Support units to assist in closing sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to direct reports to resolve issues and deliver complete, accurate proposals.
• Lead discipline groups to coordinate meetings and promote teamwork.
• Act as delegated authority during manager's absence and perform management duties.
• Ensure standard product offerings are identified and implemented in quoting activities.
• Work with sales and business development to identify and promote new programs.
• Coordinate with site management to maintain professional relations and improve teamwork across departments.
• Maintain professional relationships with worldwide PS Regional Sales Team to resolve issues timely.
• Ensure Gulfstream quoting processes and guidelines are followed.
• Travel as required to support reports or projects.
• Lead projects to improve quoting and sales processes.
• Stay updated on inspection requirements, FAA issues, and vendor products for accurate offerings.
• Manage multiple complex projects with quality and consistency.
