Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator in Annapolis Junction, MD to develop and manage proposals and marketing collateral. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to produce qualified submissions on tight timelines.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in proposal preparation and a background in marketing or communications, with preference for highway construction industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal preparation and a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or another relevant field.
• Past experience and understanding of highway construction and engineering is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in developing compliant statements of qualifications, technical proposals, and presentations in response to RFQs and RFPs.
• Preparing proposal criteria outlines and templates.
• Collaborating with proposal team members.
• Preparing drafts and editing/formatting proposal documents under aggressive deadlines.
• Reviewing proposals for compliance and document control.
• Creating proposal covers and tabs.
• Producing proposals for submission.
