Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in the United States is seeking a seasoned Proposals Leader to oversee the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring quality and timeliness for regional and global opportunities. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and global affiliates to raise standards, train teams, and drive growth in the region.

This role requires extensive experience in control systems and strategic pricing, with a track record of managing mega-project bids.

Qualifications

Education: BA or BS in Engineering or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
15 years’ industrial experience with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in control systems sales, proposals or engineering, and minimum 2 years in management.
Strong leadership, strategy development and execution, cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities

Provides management and administration for work process in YCA regional proposal functions.
Supervises personnel involved in proposals across the region.
Plans resources loading in accordance with sales forecast to meet business demand and market growth in the region.
Leads proposals activities for critical mega-projects to ensure timely completion with quality and accuracy.
