Job summary

Jobgether, partnered with a client in the United States, seeks a Senior Proposal Writer to craft proposals for unmanned aircraft systems and aerospace solutions. You will transform complex technical data into compelling narratives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with customer priorities and evaluation criteria.

You will analyze solicitations, coordinate reviews, refine win strategies, and ensure compliance with all guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional proposal writing experience in aerospace/defense.
• Strong understanding of FAR and federal procurement practices.
• Ability to translate complex information into persuasive proposals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, edit, and maintain high-quality proposals for aerospace systems and unmanned aircraft platforms.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, SOWs and evaluation criteria for requirements and compliance.
• Collaborate with Capture Managers to develop win themes and differentiators.
• Coordinate with engineers, contracts, finance, and leadership to develop integrated narratives.
• Interview SMEs to gather information on technical solutions and program execution.
• Develop and refine sections including technical, management, past performance, staffing and transition plans.
• Ensure materials comply with instructions, page limits, and formatting standards.
• Create outlines, storyboards, content plans, and templates for efficient development.
