Job summary

Qualifications

• Must submit two original writing samples (PDF, 5MB max) with resume.
• 2–3 years in marketing or facilities management; experience with proposals preferred.
• Bachelor's degree as listed.
• Ability to follow proposal instructions and tailor responses to communicate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Marketing team to prepare proposals, presentations, award submissions.
• Writes resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and award submissions.
• Assists with copy for web, brochures, and print.
• Meets proposal deadlines by coordinating information gathering and reviews.
• Gathers proposal information and communicates risks.
• Develops proposals including objectives, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, and evaluation.
• Maintains quality by using templates and following standards.
• Improves proposal results by redesigning approach and boilerplate.
• Coordinates and maintains marketing files and reviews project information for accuracy.
• Assists in preparing presentations with copy and graphic design.
• Interprets complex information and presents it persuasively.
• Communicates project status and ensures timely delivery.
