Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year (13 months) to 3 years general experience; 4–6 months managerial experience.
  • Experience applying Korn Ferry Success Profile methodology or similar competency frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Bid solicitation/RFP/tender analysis: evaluate requirements and write specifications for tenders.
  • Data collection and analysis from diverse sources to identify impacts and trends.
  • Prepare and edit material for varied audiences with tailored tone and content.
  • Lead multiagency collaboration to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify issues, barriers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory codes; address noncompliance.
  • Act as SME in technology, policy, regulation, or operations; maintain external accreditations.

Responsibilities
  • Bid Solicitation/Request for Proposal/Tender Analysis: Conduct complex feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on bid solicitation, including request for proposal (RFP) and request for tender (RFT) project requirements, and write specifications for tenders.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.
  • Document Preparation: Write and edit material for various target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience.
  • Multiagency Work: Take the lead on developing collaborative working relationships with partners and other agencies over organizational boundaries (often in multiagency or interprofessional settings) to ensure cohesive and seamless service delivery for service users.
  • Needs Assessment: Uncover emerging issues or needs, identifying potential causes, barriers, and key stakeholders, as well as related issues.
  • Operational Compliance: Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve noncompliance with the organization’s policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
  • Personal Capability Building: Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team. Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • Request for Bid Solicitation/Proposal/Tender Response: Gather information and resources, draft and complete proposals, and fulfill all process requirements (in terms of deadlines, documentation, etc.) in response to complex bid solicitations, request for proposal, and request for tender to create the best chance of being awarded the contract.
