Wade Trim is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to join its Marketing Team in a hybrid role. The position supports multiple market segments, preparing proposals and presentations to win work across Florida, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina.

You will coordinate pursuit teams, refine technical approaches, and ensure quality proposals. The role requires 10+ years of experience, exceptional writing and organizational skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Unanet CRM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or Marketing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling, graphic-rich proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of proposals and presentations for pursuits in multiple markets.
• Facilitate pursuit teams through color reviews and incorporate key sales messages.
• Manage proposal production schedule and ensure on-time, compliant submissions.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, graphic designers, and marketing staff to deliver winning proposals.
• Lead teams in shortlist presentation development and delivery.
• Maintain marketing information systems and proposal closeout processes.
• Support growth of Wade Trim’s business development processes and client relations.
