Job summary

EXP is a dynamic regional practice seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Proposals) in Florida with hybrid work options. You will manage proposals from kick-off to delivery, develop slides and collateral, and maintain boilerplate content and resumes.

Collaboration with North American teams and Deltek Vantagepoint skills are key. The role rewards strong organizational abilities, creativity, and a drive to deliver results while supporting a large regional team in securing bids and elevating EXP’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism preferred.
• 3–5 years coordinating proposals in the AEC space for federal, state, and municipal clients.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office; CRM experience a plus.
• Graphic design skills and ability to develop marketing materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication; travel to local offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and coordinate proposals from long lead to RFP; analyze requirements and set kick-off meetings.
• Coordinate all proposal sections, written and graphic; review content; production and delivery.
• Build and develop presentation decks and marketing materials; maintain boilerplate content.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams and ensure brand consistency.
• Enter data in CRM and maintain relationships with internal teams.
