Qualifications

• 8+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with a strong emphasis on property underwriting.
• Background with a P&C carrier, Lloyd's syndicate, MGA, or specialty insurer.
• Strong understanding of underwriting fundamentals and policy structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead property underwriting activities for the P&C insurance company.
• Underwrite property insurance risks considering construction type and occupancy.
• Develop and maintain underwriting guidelines as the platform scales.
