Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join our Accounting team in Massachusetts. You will prepare property tax declarations, bill backs to dealers/tenants, and GL reconciliations while reviewing site summaries for tax impacts.

You will also assist with new-site tax integration, property tax audits, and file appeals as needed, collaborating with internal teams and local authorities to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in property tax compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field preferred.
• OneSource Property Tax System is preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong written communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review property tax compliance, including declarations.
• Prepare bill backs of property taxes to dealers, agents, and tenants and reconcile associated trial balance accounts.
• Review site summaries for changes that impact property tax accounting (terminations, purchases, sales, dealer/agent changes).
• Assist with integration of property tax accounting for new sites, including acquisitions.
• Track and process property tax bills for payments.
• Prepare consolidated prepaid property tax reconciliations.
• Assist with property tax audits, including communication with auditors and information requests.
