Responsibilities

• Maintain top-tier customer service for prospects, residents, and staff.
• Engage residents to improve the on-site experience and reputation.
• Oversee resident life cycle: tours, relocations, leasing, events, service requests, and upkeep.
• Ensure Essex standards via PO compliance, work orders, turns, vendor and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, regulations, and policies.
