Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities as required by the client and company.

You will oversee tenant relations, budgets, lease administration, and reporting, while directing staff, vendors, and compliance. This in-office role offers a salary range of $120,000–$130,000 USD and requires daily travel to assigned properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in real estate, facilities, or related field.
• Real Estate license required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills; familiarity with Yardi, MRI, Kardin.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial portfolio properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and long-term activities of the property team and coordinate staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Direct vendor payments, budgeting, and monthly/annual reporting.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, CAM recovery, and escalations.
• Ensure property inspections, maintenance, and vendor performance meet standards.
• Develop tenant care programs to maximize retention and value.
• Coordinate emergency plans and site safety protocols.
