Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Property Manager (General Manager) to lead a dynamic property team. You will drive sales, marketing and operations to achieve occupancy and retention goals while managing budgeted financial performance.

You will coach and develop the team, deliver accurate reports, build strong owner-resident-vendor relationships, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Weekend availability is required one weekend per month.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Experience managing a budget and/or P&L.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI), apps and computer programs.
• Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the property's financial performance per the budget.
• Coach team members to understand how they contribute to the big picture.
• Deliver timely financial and operational performance reports to clients and ownership.

• Differentiate the community from competitors through market insights.
• Partner with marketing to drive occupancy and experiences.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and positive community reviews.
• Work weekends one weekend per month as needed.
