Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of progressive experience managing commercial real estate.
• Interpersonal skills along with high degree of professionalism and experience managing staff.
• Experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI, etc.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, basic business fundamentals, including P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the property management staff in the market, ensuring operations policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain strategic relations with property owner, tenants, vendors, and contractors; mentor your team to reach goals.
• Assist in establishing relations with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Expand the business base through regular contact with key clients and prospects.
• Manage day-to-day operations and anticipate challenges.
