This role requires leadership of the onsite engineering team, coordination with leasing and construction, and ensuring reliable operation and superior tenant service. The successful candidate will manage budgets, capital plans, vendor relations, and safety protocols while leveraging MRI Angus and

Qualifications

• Minimum five years Commercial Property Management Experience
• Multi-site and team management experience highly preferred
• Four-year college degree is required
• RPA or CPM Designation Preferred

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: supervise repair, maintenance and operation of properties.
• Leadership: supervise and coach personnel to ensure high performance.
• Customer Service: ensure tenant satisfaction and timely work order completion.
• Procurement: manage bids and outside contracts; approve payments.
• Budgets & Capital Planning: create operating budgets and cash flow projections.
